Using the zip or rar file
1.Download sfman32.dll 4.6.0.501
2.Extract sfman32.dll 4.6.0.501 from .zip. We recommend that you extract sfman32.dll 4.6.0.501 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting sfman32.dll 4.6.0.501.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract sfman32.dll 4.6.0.501 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place sfman32.dll 4.6.0.501 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 sfman32.dll 4.6.0.501 and press Enter.
