Using the zip or rar file 1.Download sfttv32u.dll 4.0.2.480
2.Extract sfttv32u.dll 4.0.2.480 from .zip. We recommend that you extract sfttv32u.dll 4.0.2.480 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting sfttv32u.dll 4.0.2.480.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract sfttv32u.dll 4.0.2.480 to your system directory. By default, this is:
