Using the zip or rar file 1.Download sh3okclose.dll
2.Extract sh3okclose.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract sh3okclose.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting sh3okclose.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract sh3okclose.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place sh3okclose.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 sh3okclose.dll and press Enter.
