Using the zip or rar file 1.Download sipr3260.dll 6.0.7.1494
2.Extract sipr3260.dll 6.0.7.1494 from .zip. We recommend that you extract sipr3260.dll 6.0.7.1494 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting sipr3260.dll 6.0.7.1494.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract sipr3260.dll 6.0.7.1494 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place sipr3260.dll 6.0.7.1494 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 sipr3260.dll 6.0.7.1494 and press Enter.
