Using the zip or rar file
1.Download sis.dll 3.2.0.147
2.Extract sis.dll 3.2.0.147 from .zip. We recommend that you extract sis.dll 3.2.0.147 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting sis.dll 3.2.0.147.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract sis.dll 3.2.0.147 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place sis.dll 3.2.0.147 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 sis.dll 3.2.0.147 and press Enter.
