Using the zip or rar file
1.Download smpl3260.dll 6.0.7.1446
2.Extract smpl3260.dll 6.0.7.1446 from .zip. We recommend that you extract smpl3260.dll 6.0.7.1446 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting smpl3260.dll 6.0.7.1446.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract smpl3260.dll 6.0.7.1446 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place smpl3260.dll 6.0.7.1446 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 smpl3260.dll 6.0.7.1446 and press Enter.
