Using the zip or rar file
1.Download soa900.dll 9.0.0.2719
2.Extract soa900.dll 9.0.0.2719 from .zip. We recommend that you extract soa900.dll 9.0.0.2719 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting soa900.dll 9.0.0.2719.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract soa900.dll 9.0.0.2719 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place soa900.dll 9.0.0.2719 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 soa900.dll 9.0.0.2719 and press Enter.
