Using the zip or rar file
1.Download spchpak.dll 11.00.07160
2.Extract spchpak.dll 11.00.07160 from .zip. We recommend that you extract spchpak.dll 11.00.07160 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting spchpak.dll 11.00.07160.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract spchpak.dll 11.00.07160 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place spchpak.dll 11.00.07160 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 spchpak.dll 11.00.07160 and press Enter.
