Using the zip or rar file
1.Download sqlse20.dll 2.01.4701.08
2.Extract sqlse20.dll 2.01.4701.08 from .zip. We recommend that you extract sqlse20.dll 2.01.4701.08 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting sqlse20.dll 2.01.4701.08.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract sqlse20.dll 2.01.4701.08 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place sqlse20.dll 2.01.4701.08 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 sqlse20.dll 2.01.4701.08 and press Enter.
