Using the zip or rar file
1.Download srsvc.dll 5.1.2600.0
2.Extract srsvc.dll 5.1.2600.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract srsvc.dll 5.1.2600.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting srsvc.dll 5.1.2600.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract srsvc.dll 5.1.2600.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place srsvc.dll 5.1.2600.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 srsvc.dll 5.1.2600.0 and press Enter.
