Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ss3base.dll 6.0.0.0
2.Extract ss3base.dll 6.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ss3base.dll 6.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ss3base.dll 6.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ss3base.dll 6.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ss3base.dll 6.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ss3base.dll 6.0.0.0 and press Enter.
