Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ssmssp70.dll 1998.11.13.0
2.Extract ssmssp70.dll 1998.11.13.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ssmssp70.dll 1998.11.13.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ssmssp70.dll 1998.11.13.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ssmssp70.dll 1998.11.13.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ssmssp70.dll 1998.11.13.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ssmssp70.dll 1998.11.13.0 and press Enter.
