Using the zip or rar file
1.Download st24eres.dll 0.3.1281.0
2.Extract st24eres.dll 0.3.1281.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract st24eres.dll 0.3.1281.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting st24eres.dll 0.3.1281.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract st24eres.dll 0.3.1281.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place st24eres.dll 0.3.1281.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 st24eres.dll 0.3.1281.0 and press Enter.
