Using the zip or rar file
1.Download startwiz.dll 9.0.0.2416
2.Extract startwiz.dll 9.0.0.2416 from .zip. We recommend that you extract startwiz.dll 9.0.0.2416 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting startwiz.dll 9.0.0.2416.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract startwiz.dll 9.0.0.2416 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place startwiz.dll 9.0.0.2416 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 startwiz.dll 9.0.0.2416 and press Enter.
