Using the zip or rar file
1.Download stdole.dll 7.00.9466
2.Extract stdole.dll 7.00.9466 from .zip. We recommend that you extract stdole.dll 7.00.9466 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting stdole.dll 7.00.9466.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract stdole.dll 7.00.9466 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place stdole.dll 7.00.9466 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 stdole.dll 7.00.9466 and press Enter.
