Using the zip or rar file 1.Download streams.uno.dll 7.0.0.8739
2.Extract streams.uno.dll 7.0.0.8739 from .zip. We recommend that you extract streams.uno.dll 7.0.0.8739 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting streams.uno.dll 7.0.0.8739.

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place streams.uno.dll 7.0.0.8739 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 streams.uno.dll 7.0.0.8739 and press Enter.
