Using the zip or rar file
1.Download supersub.dll 9.00.0012
2.Extract supersub.dll 9.00.0012 from .zip. We recommend that you extract supersub.dll 9.00.0012 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting supersub.dll 9.00.0012.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract supersub.dll 9.00.0012 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place supersub.dll 9.00.0012 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 supersub.dll 9.00.0012 and press Enter.
