Using the zip or rar file
1.Download catsrvut.dll 2001.12.6930.16386
2.Extract catsrvut.dll 2001.12.6930.16386 from .zip. We recommend that you extract catsrvut.dll 2001.12.6930.16386 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting catsrvut.dll 2001.12.6930.16386.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract catsrvut.dll 2001.12.6930.16386 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place catsrvut.dll 2001.12.6930.16386 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
