Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ctor.dll 10.1.0.238
2.Extract ctor.dll 10.1.0.238 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ctor.dll 10.1.0.238 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ctor.dll 10.1.0.238.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ctor.dll 10.1.0.238 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ctor.dll 10.1.0.238 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ctor.dll 10.1.0.238 and press Enter.
