Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CPF4VFLVEncoder.dll
2.Extract CPF4VFLVEncoder.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CPF4VFLVEncoder.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CPF4VFLVEncoder.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CPF4VFLVEncoder.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CPF4VFLVEncoder.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CPF4VFLVEncoder.dll and press Enter.
