Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CNHL08A.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract CNHL08A.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract CNHL08A.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CNHL08A.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CNHL08A.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CNHL08A.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CNHL08A.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
