Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CAT2DLHeadersWk.dll
2.Extract CAT2DLHeadersWk.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CAT2DLHeadersWk.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CAT2DLHeadersWk.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CAT2DLHeadersWk.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CAT2DLHeadersWk.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CAT2DLHeadersWk.dll and press Enter.
