Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATCldUIServices.dll
2.Extract CATCldUIServices.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATCldUIServices.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATCldUIServices.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATCldUIServices.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATCldUIServices.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATCldUIServices.dll and press Enter.
