Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATTocV4Utilities.dll
2.Extract CATTocV4Utilities.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATTocV4Utilities.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATTocV4Utilities.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATTocV4Utilities.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATTocV4Utilities.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATTocV4Utilities.dll and press Enter.
