Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CCControlor.dll
2.Extract CCControlor.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CCControlor.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CCControlor.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CCControlor.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CCControlor.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CCControlor.dll and press Enter.
