Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CExternal.dll
2.Extract CExternal.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CExternal.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CExternal.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CExternal.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CExternal.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CExternal.dll and press Enter.
