Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Copy of UFIDA.U8.Portal.Scenario.Runtime.dll
2.Extract Copy of UFIDA.U8.Portal.Scenario.Runtime.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Copy of UFIDA.U8.Portal.Scenario.Runtime.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Copy of UFIDA.U8.Portal.Scenario.Runtime.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Copy of UFIDA.U8.Portal.Scenario.Runtime.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Copy of UFIDA.U8.Portal.Scenario.Runtime.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Copy of UFIDA.U8.Portal.Scenario.Runtime.dll and press Enter.
