Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cladmin.dll
2.Extract cladmin.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cladmin.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cladmin.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cladmin.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cladmin.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cladmin.dll and press Enter.
