Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cwbsotca.dll
2.Extract cwbsotca.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cwbsotca.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cwbsotca.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cwbsotca.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cwbsotca.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cwbsotca.dll and press Enter.
