Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATAppliServices.dll
2.Extract CATAppliServices.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATAppliServices.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATAppliServices.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATAppliServices.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATAppliServices.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATAppliServices.dll and press Enter.
