Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ComputerManageCommunicateEntity.dll
2.Extract ComputerManageCommunicateEntity.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ComputerManageCommunicateEntity.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ComputerManageCommunicateEntity.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ComputerManageCommunicateEntity.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ComputerManageCommunicateEntity.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ComputerManageCommunicateEntity.dll and press Enter.
