Using the zip or rar file
1.Download charmares.dll
2.Extract charmares.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract charmares.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting charmares.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract charmares.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place charmares.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 charmares.dll and press Enter.
