Using the zip or rar file
1.Download chemdll.dll
2.Extract chemdll.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract chemdll.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting chemdll.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract chemdll.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place chemdll.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 chemdll.dll and press Enter.
