Using the zip or rar file
1.Download commandsevents.dll
2.Extract commandsevents.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract commandsevents.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting commandsevents.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract commandsevents.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place commandsevents.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 commandsevents.dll and press Enter.
