Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATDialogEngine.dll
2.Extract CATDialogEngine.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATDialogEngine.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATDialogEngine.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATDialogEngine.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATDialogEngine.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATDialogEngine.dll and press Enter.
