Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATPipWkbConfiguration.dll
2.Extract CATPipWkbConfiguration.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATPipWkbConfiguration.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATPipWkbConfiguration.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATPipWkbConfiguration.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATPipWkbConfiguration.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATPipWkbConfiguration.dll and press Enter.
