Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CAUtilsPC32DLL.dll
2.Extract CAUtilsPC32DLL.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CAUtilsPC32DLL.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CAUtilsPC32DLL.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CAUtilsPC32DLL.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CAUtilsPC32DLL.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CAUtilsPC32DLL.dll and press Enter.
