Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CEBXExtractor.dll
2.Extract CEBXExtractor.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CEBXExtractor.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CEBXExtractor.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CEBXExtractor.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CEBXExtractor.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CEBXExtractor.dll and press Enter.
