Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CNMur3C.dll
2.Extract CNMur3C.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CNMur3C.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CNMur3C.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CNMur3C.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CNMur3C.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CNMur3C.dll and press Enter.
