Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CPSBasicControls.dll
2.Extract CPSBasicControls.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CPSBasicControls.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CPSBasicControls.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CPSBasicControls.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CPSBasicControls.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CPSBasicControls.dll and press Enter.
