Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ConfigDetectx.dll
2.Extract ConfigDetectx.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ConfigDetectx.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ConfigDetectx.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ConfigDetectx.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ConfigDetectx.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ConfigDetectx.dll and press Enter.
