Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ConfigReader.ni.dll
2.Extract ConfigReader.ni.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ConfigReader.ni.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ConfigReader.ni.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ConfigReader.ni.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ConfigReader.ni.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ConfigReader.ni.dll and press Enter.
