Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ConvertAnno.dll
2.Extract ConvertAnno.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ConvertAnno.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ConvertAnno.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ConvertAnno.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ConvertAnno.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ConvertAnno.dll and press Enter.
