Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CtrEditCHS.dll
2.Extract CtrEditCHS.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CtrEditCHS.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CtrEditCHS.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CtrEditCHS.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CtrEditCHS.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CtrEditCHS.dll and press Enter.
