Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Customers.dll
2.Extract Customers.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Customers.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Customers.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Customers.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Customers.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Customers.dll and press Enter.
