Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cmct2jp.dll
2.Extract cmct2jp.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cmct2jp.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cmct2jp.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cmct2jp.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cmct2jp.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cmct2jp.dll and press Enter.
