Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cv210d.dll
2.Extract cv210d.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cv210d.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cv210d.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cv210d.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cv210d.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cv210d.dll and press Enter.
