Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATGitGSMGeomFactory.dll
2.Extract CATGitGSMGeomFactory.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATGitGSMGeomFactory.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATGitGSMGeomFactory.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATGitGSMGeomFactory.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATGitGSMGeomFactory.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATGitGSMGeomFactory.dll and press Enter.
