Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATPenConfiguration.dll
2.Extract CATPenConfiguration.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATPenConfiguration.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATPenConfiguration.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATPenConfiguration.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATPenConfiguration.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATPenConfiguration.dll and press Enter.
