Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CISDBCConfigDLL.dll
2.Extract CISDBCConfigDLL.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CISDBCConfigDLL.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CISDBCConfigDLL.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CISDBCConfigDLL.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CISDBCConfigDLL.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CISDBCConfigDLL.dll and press Enter.
